My newbie question: Some clothes have little red handles that are shaped like cones to help you adjust the fit. That's all well and good, but how do you get them not to appear in the render? There has to be some easy way to hide them or turn them off, but I can't find it. Thanks for your help.

you can make them invisable just slide the dial on transparency :O)

Normaly these handles wont appear in the rendered image as their materials are usually set to be transparent. If they do still show in the rendered image you can select them with the cursor, then from the menu bar "Object" menu, select "Properties" and un-tick the "Visible" box.

Many modern items using body handles have a set of poses to show or hide them as well. Standard seems to be red cones although I've seen green balls -- anyhow, look for one of these with the International "NO..." around it (in the pose file).

Hi there, Most Daz items that use bodyhandles have P4 MAT files to hide and unhide them. I made alot of them, but can't speak for newer items. If the material name for the bodyhandles is still being used consitantly, you can copy the on/off Mats into other folders and use them on newer items too as long as the material name matches. Thanks to one and all for the suggestions on how to disspell those little, red dickens! Apparently, there is more than one solution depending on the original creator of the object. At least now I have some new things to try. Thanks again.
