oh poo put the dolly camera in the location you want the camera if you arent looking thru the dolly camera (camera to director..if you are looking thru the director camera) go to top view (its at the left of the screen) use the option "select camera" (mid--bottom right) drag the camera where you want it either with the mouse or with an edit control the little handle at the front of the camera (looks like a stick with a ball on it) can be dragged (drug?) to point the camera where you want it... you can land the camera and it will go into the crevice until it hits the terrain..then you can raise it a bit. then... luck BTThis site uses cookies to deliver the best experience. Hello all, I am currently learning Bryce 4, and have a hard time placing the camera where I want it. For example, I generate a terrain and enlarge it to a good size (say 3 - 4 times using *), and want to take the camera down into a valley. It just seems overly hard to do. I have tried doing Camera to director, using the flyaround control, etc. One of the problems is that you can't tell where you are in wireframe, and in shaded you can't really tell what you're looking at either. Any tips on getting the camera where you want it (other than manually figuring out coordinates)? TIA
