Debbie, I emailed you about a problem with a product I can't get to render, which I purchased on November 2-04. I have twice emailed the artist, and still have not been contacted back from Neftis. As of Friday, it was 72 hours that went by since I first contacted the merchant, with no response, nor attempt at resolution of my problem. On Friday, when I emailed you, you said that if I had no response by Sunday, today, to contact you and you would issue me a credit. I did that this morning, and I still have not recieved a credit, nor a response. I would like a credit issued....sooner than later. Thanks, Virignia

Hi there, Neftis is on a hiliday at the moment. Word goes she is visiting relatives in Canada which is far from her home (France). She is fully thrustworthy and always trying to help. It's a sad coincidence that she cannot answer you right now. But please don't think she sells things that don't work and then lets you down. She is not like that.

I have tried prudent planning long enough. From now I'll be mad. (Rumi)

Hi, Please don't misunderstand me. I realize that things happen and folks aren't always able to answer emails or tend to problems right away. I don't blame Neftis at all, it's just that I had problems with the product, and so I contacted Renderosity to see if I could get the issue solved.
