heyas; due to popular demand...! (and some very desperate emails ;) ) i've thrown together these quick textures for you-know-who. two colour maps and a trans map. now available at the 3dm goodie site. note: if you modify(improve) these textures, or have created your own, please consider sharing with the community. thanks :) note: yes, you have my permission to modify and redistribute the textures!

Did you know that they killed off Chewie in the recent Star Wars novels? That's why I don't read them anymore...you can't just kill off a major player from the movies like that! Oh, by the way, BloodSong, I find that the Norn works well as a "Generic Anime Mascot Critter" in renders. ^_^

  • But best of all, of all time, is that hairdo... the Princess Thingy Rams Horn Hairdo. Ohmyword. That completely destroyed any feeling I could ever have for those movies, ever, the very first time I saw the first movie. I was SO disappointed. And then they thought up the, uh, Token Jamaican with the Goofy Ears in the second series and screwed me AGAIN. Where's that FFwd button! Aaaargh! :] Fish

Hmm I like JarJar.. Only funny moment in the new ones. But then of course, I'm not much of a Star WARS peep anyway. Can always use a Tall guy in a hairy yak suit though, so thanks, Bloodsong :o) And it IS good to see you again!

When it comes to the Star Wars prequels, I'll take the fan fiction over the canon any day. Trekkie, send me a PM and I'll give you an URL guaranteed to get you hooked on Qui/Obi slash.(They also have Obi/Bail & others but for me the studly Jedi Master and his hot little Apprentice are the One True Pair, much like Snape/Harry ;-) And if you haven't seen Fuumin's art involving the same, you're gonna kick yourself when you find out what you're missing. I've done a couple of stories myself, will post over at RM soon as I dig out a copy.

heyas; but.... i like the ram horns... :/ anyway, byrdie, you get the guy to go in the suit the same place you get the suit. click the link there and find the GOODIES link. hint: if the poser goodie page is too huge, try the text only version (read the top text). the guy and his suit will be on the same line ;) no, i'm not back.... but it's nice to know you care. i did just finish a 700 hour render, but i dont know if i'll finish the postwork on it.
