Subject: having problem installing upgrade of poser5

I 'v just got the upgrade version of poser 5 version 5.0.3. how ever i can't enter the serial numbers as they were issued. The dash after the numbers can not be reproduced by my computer. The dash is up high not like example; 6_, or 6- its 6 the dash is up at the top.

There was a thread on this awhile back, let's see if I remember- try changing the _ to zero.

First, you should get the latest patch from Curious Labs. The latest patch is 5.0.4.325. If you're using Windows and still having a problem entering dashes from you keyboard and using Zeros didn't work you might want to try enter the hyphen using an ALT code. To do this Press the ALT key, then while keeping the ALT key pressed type 0045.

You should download service release 4.1 from www.curiouslabs.com.

I had the exact same problem and yes, download and install the latest update then enter your serial number using zero where the upper dashes are - it should then work for you. :)
