Subject: Apo Starter Flames

I have some APO starter flames which I'd like to put in the freebies section but haven't the faintest idea how to do it - could also put them on my website to give away. Can anyone help with some simple (and I do mean SIMPLE) instructions please or point me in the direction of a good tutorial. Many thankyous. Mags

me also. how do i zip them up. i only know how tu unzip stuff from a d/l. not the foggiest how to zip them up and upload them????????????

Oh good - someone like me!! Of course, there are instructions on the Renderosity Freebies page which are fine if you know how to get the flames onto your website to start with - that's what I need to know. Someone help Pleeeeeeease!
