Subject: List of Video Cards?

Hi, Is there a list of Video Cards anywhere that supports Poser 6? I am not sure if mine does. I have an ATI Sapphire Radeon 9000 Atlantis Pro. Thanks in advance.

Hi Hon Did you get the DL or a overnight Box:)...I'll get my Box next week...I know it's suppose to work well with the Nvidia cards don't know about the others..

Any GeForce or Radeon class card will work. Anything earlier is a crapshoot.

According to CL all the latest Nvidia and ATI cards should work. I ordered on that basis as I have a Radeon X600 pro in my system. If it don't work I'll sue their ass!!! [lol].

I have an old Radeon 8500 and Open Gl of Poser 6 working ok

Nancy, do be sure that you have the latest drivers for your new card. The reason I advise this is because I bought a new nVidia card just before I bought Poser 6. At first I thought something was wrong with the program, because it would close itself whenever I tried to open a saved scene. I remembered reading someone else's advice about this, got the latest drivers for the card (which were only released in February of this year) and ... presto! No more Poser 6 crashes. I look forward to veiwing your Poser 6 images! :-) Dean

My Radeon 9800 Pro works well with P6.

The ATI series work and support OpenGL. I have a ATI Radeon 9000 / 64MB (Mac) for sale cheap, I just Upgraded to the 9000 Pro Mac/128MB Email if interested... Thanx Synpainter
