Subject: How to delete morph targets

I'm having trouble deleting morph targets. I can delete the main group, but morphs inside the target grop, I can not. I messed up on a couple and can't delete them without deleting the entire group and starting over again. Here is a WIP of my little black dog. He's my only son. : ) I tried for a real dog, even called upon the good fairy for help, but he looks cartoonish. Soon I'll teach him to sit, fetch, and chase cats.

With fur! Boy, when we let it grow long, it hangs to the ground! Here in Alaska we have mean sticker bushes. He'll come home in the summer with bushes dragging behind him.

I saved the above image and file, with the fur, and when I opeded the file to play around, the fur was flipped inside the model. The AnythingGrows fur was on the inside face, mapped to the inside of the model. Has anyone else had their models flip like this? R.

Sounds like you need to change the normals of your model.
Open the model in the VM, select all and Selection>Reverse Polygon Models
You can also check if this is the problem in the assembly room by selecting the Hide radio button under the backfaces field in the view part of the models properties(just under show object in 3d view).
Now, if the normals are wrong, you should see only the faces of the inside of the model.
If you duplicate part of the model with symmetry and weld it in the VM, half your object will usually have opposite normals. EDIT: For deleting targets instead of areas: Highlight your target (click it in the list), then open the drop down (the one where you create new targets) and select delete target. Set to zero only means deselect all, it doesn't reset the target to have no morphs, as it may sound like.

Thanks Sardtok, the reverse normals did the trick. I've yet to try and delete a morph target, but I bet it will also solve my problem. Yipee! My dog has hair again! R.
