Water Ripples is a free plugin for photoshop. I'm not sure how small the ripples can go but it is totally adjustable.

Hello Adobe Forum :)This is my first post here, ive a render in need of postwork and im unsure how to accomplish what I need. As you can see in the render above, I have rain falling into swamp water, but there are no "impact ring ripples" spreading outward like concentric circles from where the drops impact the water.
Can anyone please point me to a technique, tutorial, or filter that can accomplish what I need to complete this render?
Thanks for reading,
Logan
