Great, but very tough challenge!

Interesting theme.

Not entered one of these before but have an idea...
AND I have a half hearted objection about not being able to vote for one's self, as this seems to go against the premise of self serving that is inherent in many of our political systems..... [:)]

And just came from the link and wondered if there will be previewing of the entries somewhere before the voting begins.

The preview will be at that link, there just aren't any images posted yet :)

Fractals will always amaze me!

The challenge about this challenge is really what I perceive to be a clash between the title and the description. To me, at least, the phrase "music of the spheres" evokes all kinds of mental images, but most certainly not literal spheres. As a matter of fact, I have two images that are titled "music of the spheres" and, creatively, "music of the spheres 2"; but neither of them has any spheres in them -- they have waves and curves. Softly undulating sheets of light and color. Am I alone in perceiving a clash here? So the trick, at least for me, is trying to come up with something that contains spheres but still evokes the idea of "music of the spheres" in me. Not a simple task, that. Good thing I have two weeks still left to try my hand at this...

An interesting challenge. But is a globe or ball a sphere?
