I tried it to make sure. I have no problem copying out of Photoshop 7 or 8, and pasting into Bryce 5.5 In Photoshop, make sure you have a flattened image (or the layer active you wish to copy), and make sure you don't have any selections active. Also, Bryce ONLY uses images in the sizes 128, 256, 512, 1024, etc. Any other size image and it will be resampled/resized, thus the pixel clarity from Photoshop to Bryce could suffer. (not much, but when you are trying to make everything look as good as possible....) AgentSmith

Huh...I'll try it again. Could it be that I am using the unpatched 5.5 and you guys are using the patched? I may have inadvertantly loaded up the wrong one. I've never seen the result I was getting ever in any combination from Bryce 4 and 5 and Photoshop 5 through 7. The result example I posted above is exactly what I got going from Photoshop to Bryce, the same clipboard pasted fine in MSIC.
I'll try a pattern that looks similar to yours. Ya never know. AS

I am trying to use a black and white image to create a terrain, copying the image to clipboard out of photoshop and pasting in the "image" tab in terrains. The original image is a square. I started out at 750 x 750 then tried 500 x 500 and even went down to 250 x 250....every time I paste it does some odd, off center, tiling thing.
Is there some new default setting I am missing?
This is useless to me if I can't get the image to paste correctly.
