Actually, since Aiko 3 has the morphs in the CR2 you don't need an injection pose as such. What should work is load the saved figure (CR2) file into Injection Pose Builder, select A3 as the figure type, disbable the Use Readscript option (since you aren't after an Inj pose) and hit process - most of the other options should be correct in their default state.

then how do i create a resellable caracter if i don't have inection morphs? I have set up a caracter by turning and tweaking dials and i want those settings to transfer to a base aiko 3 when the potential buyer wants it so what is the best "legal way" to do this.... thanks again...

Ah - a confusion over terminology. Most of the current DAZ figures don't actually contain the deltas (the changes to the shape) for their morphs, they have to be read in (injected) from an external file. Aiko (and Hiro) already contain their morph deltas, so all you have to do is create a pose (usually called a Mor pose) to set the value of the morphs. You can use Injection Pose Builder for that - as I said, just turn off the Readscript functions (middle-right of the dialogue, as I recall) and try with everything else in the default state.
