imho the world in the background would look better off to 1 side rather than dead centre. other than that its great

I agree with zollster.... Might I also suggest some exhaust from each of those craft?

There are 10 kinds of people: Those who know binary, and those who don't.

I agree with all of the above comments. It is a great start, though! :-)

Thanks all for your imput so far.
I tried the background world to one side then the other. Then I tried the center, normally I would not center something like that but it seemed to work. I probably should have stuck with my first choice.
I considered putting flames or glowy stuff at the rear of the engines. Yeah I like the exaust idea. I also tried the background planet being more cresent shaped but could not get it to look right. I may do a repost with the improvments.Any more help would be good.

Looks cool! Have you tried cropping the image, cutting some of the left side off? This might be something you can try;) Keep up the good work:)

I never intended to make art.

cool image :)

Open your mind and share the knowledge!

Exhaust trails from the engines? I would also crop the sides and the bottom in a bit.

Sorry for late comment. Maybe you already fixed things more. I agree with above suggestions especially exhaust and trails ( since your engines have intakes it is assumed they burning something ) Also, from some things I've read concerning photography and art in general, visual lines that draw you attention to the desired subject. Example, your clouds have a natural diagonal slant. Use that. Move the planet and foreground ships slightly left or crop so viewer's eyes move to subject. Oh well, enough said from this old guy. It is your picture after all.
