How do I make a tumbnail for my images?

I am new at renderostiy but I've been working with fractals for a bit while.

I just posted my first one but I had no idea about how to create a tumbnail for it nor the exact parameters for it.

ps. Is there a way to post a tumbnail after submitting an image? Thanks again.
