Very similar. Names and menu locations different obviously but for practical purposes the same. Base, deformer, sphere of influence similar. Better default visual feedback of what that influence is. Similar ability to edit the fall off characteristics of the sphere of influence. Similar ability to affect more than one body part.
Hi Phil, thanks for the reply. When you say better default visual feedback, does this also mean better control over what part of the mesh is affected. Like in Poser I can select mesh by groups to deform so I can split say the chest to left side right side and deform only the left side via the group. The other question I now have, since I have you on tap to ask, is how is Wardrobe Wizard at the morphing side of things. If I make a clothing item, with morphs, say for V3 and decide to do one for SP3 which means often some morphs for V3 might have a scale issue and will need to be redone for SP3, how does WW do on this sort of thing?
one thing about D-formers that you might notice that is an improvement over poser magnets is that when you use D-formers on multiple bodygroups and bend the figure you won't get strange distortion in the deformed areas. With Poser magnets you need to do tricks to do this like creating duplicate magnets for each bodypart.
Another nice feature is that when spawning morphs you can spawn a full body morph at the same time.

Anyone have a chance to use this? What can you tell me about it? How does it compare to Poser deformers? Thanks in advance. :O)
