Hi and welcome! Click on the "Community" link in the header of this very forum. In the Community page you will find links to tutorials, which include several Apophysis tutorials. Hope this helps Barb

one quick question can you save the animation displayed when you

You can also go to the free stuff tab near the top of the page here and it will take you to where you can download some free starter flames and also some really great gradients. Sometimes the right colors can make the image and bring out more of a render than other colors so when you render an image, try experimenting with the gradients and see what you get. Welcome to the addictive world of fractals! :) ;) Patti
