Hiya gang. Not sure if this has been posted here already. I just heard Dick Van Dyke (actor/3dartist) has a new children's book coming out and guess what he used to make it? Yup! DAZ|Studio. :) How cool is that. Hop on over to the link to check it out.

its so good its depressing ;) but they did have access to the entire Daz library, as well as having the guys that wrote Studio sitting down the hall. Handy What impressed me was that, apart from Dick, all the other figures are morphed Viccies (even the boys). There is life in the old girl yet, if you know what you're doing :)

There is a big story about it on the front page of the Nvidia website. Apparently you can only get results like this with Nvidia hardware *snicker*

Heh! Well, they did have the bleeding edge hardware to do it in! I couldn't put all those figures in a scene on my hardware, much less render with all those effects!
