Collectively I've sent three (maybe four) emails since last Tuesday, without receiving any errors or returns. We have had no problems with other emilas sent and received. So I guess now my point is, even barring the emails what about the order placed by us early Tuesday morning? Why has it taken this long?

It seems you're the one to talk to on this board. I made a few purchases last Tuesday. I've sent several email requests and I still cannot download the purchases and nobody has responded to my emails. So since we're going on a week, would you care to explain to me why I've been ignored of should I just go purchase somewhere else?
