Nick, I enjoyed "How Do You Develop Your Ideas?" and your older article on comments. My feelings on that topic has sure evolved over time. I also liked this from Joshua Spies: "Always listen to constructive criticism, never get high on yourself or your art, and never, ever quit!" Good stuff. Thanks for pointing it out. It makes me glad to hang out here. Keith

Thanks Keith, I really appreciate that :D I started my 'Comment' article remembering the reason I originally signed on to Renderosity...to learn. It's hard to learn anything without constructive criticism. Sure, I like 'excellent' comments too, but if an image of mine is lacking, I'd surely like to know in order to improve. And yeah, I loved Joshua's words, too :D

With interest I read the thread about Developing ideas. I always had the idea I just fooled around. And how could a bit of doodling be called art? But I recognized the feeling of something happening in the process. Felt like encouragement. So, great thread! Yvonne
