Could you maybe try to explain a little more where your problem is? Maybe one advice is that you can go over 100% with density. Sometimes that simple thing makes it.

Thanks, wabe.I must align corns plants in separate rows in a square field:one line of corns, one line of sand, one line of corns, one line of sand, etc. I want to use 2-3 corns plants- meshes(pz3 file)with differents positions with one ecosystem material.I have tried with a function but i think i don't really understand functions in Vue.May be with a map !...or finally place each one manually.. but i don't want too much polygones with a filed like that.

You could make a distribution map in Photoshop or another 2d app; just have stripes; white where you want the corn, black where you want the soil. Then you should be able to align them fine. If you search on this forum, you'll find more info on distribution maps.

Go for Djeser's advice, it'll work wonders.

You could also create 2 different ecosystems, each as a material on a horizontal plane, and duplicate the planes for your rows - but the distribution image (map) is a better idea.
