Subject: Order screwed up?....

Ok...so either I screwed up, or else..?

I was trying to use the gift certificate I recieved for Christmas...I moved some stuff from my "wish list" to "cart". I then went to place the order, but it said that the certificate was not recognized or had expired(wich it wasn't) Now, under my account page, the order is shown as "paid, not shipped" and I can't find where to download. How can I get refunded for the gift certificate, and get to download the stuff??

The items are already available for download. I can see about voiding the gift cert, and refunding your credit card since it was charged. The gift cert not recognized is a default message. Was the message there before you applied the gift cert? Thanks, Jenifer

Thanx...I did get the D/L's...I had to shut down my computer and restart....I don't know if it was a cookie problm or what, but pages kept freezing, etc. I pasted the certificate number in the order form and then hit submit-I got the error message the same time as it said "order confirmed" (or something like that...) Sorry if it was my screw up, I'm not too used to ordering here...
