Hello Markschum Since this is your first credit card purchase you should have received an ebot RENDEROSITY FIRST TIME BUYER asking you to email store@renderosity.com with the name of the company that issued your credit card and their toll free phone number (from the back of your credit card) along with your username. As soon as this information is verified, we will activate your download. This is an important security check for first time purchases. This is for your protection. Future purchases usually will be available for immediate download. Occasionally, we need to verify a second time. We appreciate your help. how long does this process generally take ? If I need to wait a couple of days I need to look elsewhere for product. thanks
