I sent in my information for first time buyer now when can i download my product? i am really interested in kickin up with these products so that i can finish my portfolio so can someone let me know how long it takes to get my download access?

IT SHOULD NOT TAKE FOREVER TO GET A DOWNLOAD LINK FOR HEAVENS SAKE! AT DAZ3D I CAN DL RIGHT AFTER MY PURCHASE, WHY IS THIS TAKING SO LONG?

Hello, As posted in several locations on our site it can take up to 24 hours once you send in the first time buyers verification information. Please remember the extra security measure is for your (the cardholder) protection as well as our own. We have to manually verify this purchase with your credit card company. Also please note its the weekend and even though we respond and check emails after business hours, it may take longer as we have family to spend time with as well during our evenings and weekends. But your email will get taken care of within 24 hours. Regards, Stacey Community Manager

Hello it has been one month and I am still not able to download. The purchace has already shown up on my credit card bill, why is this not working?

Hello, As part of our verification process we ask that you send us the toll free or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name. When we have this information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. All future Credit and Debit card purchases will be available for immediate downloading. I personally do not understand why you guys ask for our toll free numbers on the back of our credit cards.... yea its for our safety, but that also goes a step further into our privacy.. its also against the law if you take it too far. I just spoke with my bank today about this kind of purchase and they told me I should not have given any more information to this website, INCLUDING THE TOLL FREE NUMBER TO MY CREDIT CARD. They said this is a FRAUD SUSPICION and should not be fallen for. I am not saying that I think renderosity is fraudulant, i am just saying, it sounds a little fishy. On the other hand, why should i give you my credit card online if i cannot get instant access to what i buy, such as if i buy something at the store? thanks for letting me share my opinion right back thanks
