Purchased a product last night for poser, and I find out it is for a 2D program. I emailed the merchant wondering how to use it, and was told the product is for a 2D program, that I can get a refund.

Hello, Please email store@renderosity.com requesting a refund for this product (be sure to reference the order number and product name) let them know you have been in contact with the merchant and he approved a refund. Thanks

Been over 24 hours now, sinced I emailed. Didn't get any info or anything back. Was hoping to get the refund into a gift certificate. Giving one more day, if no communication. Then I am off shopping elsewhere. Trying to be a reasonable customer. Do not like been played with.

Your E-Mail was not received this morning. I cleaned out all the store@renderosity.com E-Mails and didnt see your request come through or it would have been taken care of at that time. Please resend the request. Thanks
