Do you have a separate folder for Third Party Plugins? You can assign one in PS in Preferences. I put plugins like FP in that folder and they show up fine. I put my folder in:
C/3rd Party Plugins/Flaming Pear
You see I also make a subfolder for each plugin. Since I'm not a guru, others may have different solutions, but it works great for me.

You shouldn't set the path to your PS7 Plug-Ins folder. CS2 will already have a lot of those filters and would cause it to puke up all sorts of nasty stuff because of the duplications. It's best to put all 3rd party plug-ins in a seperate folder. Then you can set the path to this folder for PS7 and PS CS2.

Any ideas ?
