Reading through it, they don't want much from the employee for "£18,000.00 - £25,000.00 ph, negotiable, pro-rata" do they?!! Photography, video, PS, Final Cut Pro, etc etc.
At £25K it wouldn't be too bad, but at the lower end (£18K), they are taking the piss.
