Did this little flame, and layered it on to a photo, and when I uploaded it to the gallery, it came out all hugely pixelated, so I deleted it. The other jpg I uploaded didn't do that. they are both about the same size. The difference is that first was all flames, the second incorporated a photo. Both were worked in PSP8. Is there something I'm missing here?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts and help. I'm new at doing this, so any help needs to be at pre school level ..

You need to make sure your main image and your thumbnail are named differently.  I hold my Renderosity posting images in a special folder and name the main image "main.jpg" with the thumb named "mainth.jpg".  This way the two images are next to each other and easy to locate when uploading.  It sounds like your thumbnail image was uploaded as the main.

I hope that helps.

Oooooh! I bet that's what happened! The thumbnail didn't show up, and I thought I was being real meticulous about what I uploaded! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Gonna try this again, right after I set up the folder as you suggested.

Keeping my fingers crossed, Rita

It worked!! Thank you so much Viv! I would not have figured it out. I uploaded it as mixed media.
