I was infected with some virus"polilic-something" and after cleaning and reloading system  I was trying to download at least 90% or at least thats what I was hoping to do, it say's I have reached my d/load limit, I am "almost certain" I have not exceeded my limit on my last 25 or better purchases, I even tried a few of the oldest and got same thing. Is this from your change-over to new platform and such? Any help would be appreciated, I was going to buy some more in the AM but am spooked it won't let me d/load  after I complete the transaction as well. Thank you and god bless.

PS...Yes I have made backups but since I backed up from effected HD(2 of them) the CD's are infrected as well and thats why I am asking the above as well..

Thank you..As for letting Norton's lapse well I wonder who done dat...Wont let this happen again...Thank you again.
