Thanks every one for your comments about my pic and forgot to say that Lnaover made all of those great columns for me and Skyking made the Kelp for me and I used mjustmike's curved stairs in it. It turned into a real group effort! I might even have a couple of Varian's plants in it too. S I didn't know you did that underwater pic in Vue, smallspace! WOW! Makes me appreciate all of the work in it much more now! Thank You, Bloodsong! Now that's all I needed was for someone to tell me HOW to do that, step by step. LOL Told ya, I'm Web Challenged & HTML Challenged, etc. Computers and the internet are a whole new world for me. We've only be on line since Dec of 1999. That's when we joined Renderosity and first posted. Verdie : )
um... you DO know how to copy and paste, i hope! all right, go to the galleries. i hope you know how to find your own pictures. do a search for dreamspinner. that should narrow it down! :) find the image in the search results. click on it. now you view the image, that's the image's gallery page. i hope you know what an url is. it's that funny stuff in the box at the top of your browser that starts with http:// and ends in... usually html. click in that box until everything turns blue. now hit ctrl-c to copy. write a message, here. when you're done, click down in the URL: box below. erase the http:// that is there, then hit ctrl-v to paste your url. press the post to forum button. well... this isn't rocket science! :) btw, i wanted to remember to tell you to discuss your tips and techniques for creating such a wonderful underwater scene!

Thank You Bloodsong. LOL We get Rose Color in our box. Yes, edarsenal taught me how to copy and paste last year. Well you certainly simplyfied it for me a lot. *S* Verdie : )Here it is Bloodsong: 1. Don't put it under water to begin with. (Does it still count as an Under Water Scene?) Use an Atmosphere without clouds in it. 2. Use a Plain tilted with a cloud texture on it. I made my own texture with a ZBrush texture sent to me by WyndWalker and converted it into a Vue Bump Map. 3. Use a rather clear and highly reflective water for the floor, instead of the default floor. 4. Ask really Terrific People to model you stuff that you need for your scene that had not existed before, like Skyking's Kelp and those great Egyptian Columns by Lanover. Also use the really Great Goodies in the FREE Stuff, like mjustmike's Curved Stairs and Varian's Plants. 5. Render FOREVER on a 5 year old Toshiba with only 64k memory. LOL S Verdie : )
