Subject: DAZ crashes?

Have 1.3.1.0, which had been working fine until yesterday when I installed M3 bodymorphs. Now, whenever I launch DS, it brings up the initial splash screen, then hangs and all I can do is reboot. This happens from either a desktop icon or the Start menu.

Funny thing is, if I launch Bryce 5.5, and launch DAZ from there, it seems to launch without a problem.

I have deleted and reinstalled, same result.

Any thoughts?  thanks much.

Try removing the startupScript.ds file from the DAZ|Studio application folder. Uninstalling and reinstalling shouldn't have touched it, it may be corrupt (or pointing to something corrupt). Did you uninstall your plugins (if you have any) as well? Again, the application uninstall wouldn't have removed them so a problem there would persist.
