Subject: blender and subsurface scattering (jade, skin...)

i have created what seems to be a fairly realistic sss texture using very simple material nodes as of now, i have no picture of my set up or time to explain it, but it is done all with the blender internal.  the first setup for my model includes 2 lights, one in the front and to the side and one behind the model.  the second picture has the light in the front taken away and the third picture has the light in the back taken away.  if you have created a subsurface shader that seams to work, please post it here. ![](http://i15.tinypic.com/4g6xpup.jpg)

Oh PLEASE post the info as soon as you can. I've been trrying to get a very similar effect with no luck. Awsome job by the way. ^_^

i have posted the link to the file in a more recent post,  unfortuntaly i cant use this specific material because it is way to dependant on the model used and isnt real.  i shall post the link to the current file heer as well.  the file the mesh and materials from my last two gallery posts.
