how do you make fractal images? do you need like a special program or can it be done in regular digital photo-editing software like PSP or Photoshop?

Hi jedichick22, you need special software to make fractals. Lucky for you there are hundreds of Free progs on the net that you can download. Here's a link to a links page. Have fun :)
