Subject: Wardrobe Wizard Question

Ok I bought WW a little while ago, & have been a bit slow to utilize it.

WIth the release of V4 I thought I'd better get familiar with it.

Now I have a few questions - I tried searching the forums, but am getting too many hits.

Anyway, the first outfit I tried was Hongyu's Jersey dress for V3 to fit Aiko 3. It worked ok & it fits, but there are no morphs in the resulting figure, like the original - Is this normal, are the morphs generally lost? If so, what do you do when you pose the figure, some of the fit is lost then, how do you deal with poke through? Also with no morphs, how do you pose the clothing to make it drape more natually - I am thinking or longer items etc?

Thanks

This is what I mean, normally I would fix the poke through with the morphs that come with the clothing, but after using WW there is none.

If you retained the original grouping, you should be able to transfer the morphs to the modified item by means of Morph Manager or some other utility.

Need to convert to using the advanced mode. Convert to with unregrouped un... whatever the other option you can 'un' was called... :)

PhilC has a tutorial on this, and there is a help webpage located in the same folders that have the python script for it. Load up that webpage and keep it open when you use WW until you've exhausted and memorized all the little tricks it has to show you. PhilC has the best tutorials and help information of anybody in the 3D world I've come across so far.

I had the tut open as I converted & followed his instructions, there was no mention of this though.

Attached Link: http://www.philc.net/WW_tutorial1.htm

The tutorial you need is at this link.

Also looking at your first image try posing the figure's buttocks rather than the thigh. This isn't a Wardrobe Wizard thing, you'll get this with any skirt using this rigging configuration.

If things are still not clear please post further. I and many others are always happy to respond.
