Subject: figure>conform to ?

Sure I'm new to poser and following the manuel - trying the figure confom to I see the object and the figure, but how do I move the object. It seems to be in the middle of the figure, and what ever I do I can't get it to lay on top of the figure. I've search every where for guidelines to accomplish this. With this accomplishment I should be on my way in Poser5.

I presume you have already clicked on the figure menu bar at the top left of the screen? After this move down to 'conform to' & click on this to bring up a sub menu. From here you should be able to choose figure 1, which I presume you are using. If the item is meant for this figure then it should automatically conform to the figure. Hope this helps.
