Subject: Small utility to raise contrast

I just write a small utility to increase contrast. I think it work bettere than the irfanview filter i used until now.
Try it if you want!
It works only on .bmp file.
Put a file named 'input.bmp' in the same dir of contraster and launch it. It will ask you how much contrast do and it will create a file 'output.bmp'.
