Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 26 2:05 pm)
Does it have morphs for facial expression? If so, you'll need to somehow export each of those as 3ds or obj and Load Morph Target one-by-one in Poser to add them to the imported original mesh.
Otherwise, you really shouldn't need any bones for the head - maybe the eyes as they are usually treated as separate body parts.
C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the
foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg
off.

Hello
I created a very photorealistic head in 3dme now and it gives you the options to export in a 3ds max or a obj file. It supposedly exports with the morph targets..however when I import it into poser it is treated like a prop and I guess I am supposed to take it into the setup room..but how do you add bones to animate a face..or am I not just understanding this correctly.
Thank you.
