PPI is just a number at the front of the file telling the printer or page layout application how big to make the images. If you nee 300PPI images then your typical render is 6.66" by 10", you can simply resize it to that in something like CorelDRAW or Illustrator (or Word) and print that, or you can use an image editor to change the value for the resolution with the Resample option off (it can be called many things - you might need to turn Maintain file size on in some things, for example - but you want the option that changes the number and the size in inches while keeping the size in pixels constant).

I'm a Daz Studio user that is going to have a need in the next few weeks to have images printed. Now I generally render my images at around 2000 to 3000 pixels (per side), when I open the images it says my dpi is only 72, but as we all know to print a good image we need much higher dpi (in the 300 dpi range) so.... as I said dumb question but how do I get the image to truely be 300 dpi?
I had at one time found a tutorial somewhere but it was long ago when I didn't really need it.... but now I do... HELP!
