Hi, are there any free character textures anywhere for the girl?

Which version? The V3 UVmapped version can use textures for Victoria 3 and the other third generation females - there are a great many of those (some bits, such as the lashes and I think the eyes, are different so you may need to do a bit of mix-and-match). There's not much for the version with a unique mapping.
