Good idea ! "the critique club" !
Only good comments is cool but no constructive.
We all want good comments, but sometimes "bad" critics are very important to enhance works in progress of future works.
when I work on a scene, i ask my wife and friends to give their impresions about it
(ambience, colors, what they think is it about…)
Sometimes, I hear things like " it's cool, but what is it for ?" did you hear the same things ?
do you think that someone whose looking at a Picasso painting, would say to him
" it's cool, but what is it for ?"
art is something very strange ! 3D is very very strange if you think to all the possibilities !
excuse me for my english, it's probably approximative
if you need a french guy, i'm in ! i'll try to translate for french users of bryce who have problems with english language.

We have a Critique Group over in the Poser forum - see here - that is growing by leaps and bounds. I think we need a Critique forum where we can post all of our work. I know I post not only my Poser stuff but my Vue stuff too over there. I haven't done much in Bryce lately but I'll see if I can get something going in it, as well.

There seems to be several critique stuff going in the Art Theory Forum. Here's a quick link.. not sure if it'll work....

Article in latest R'osity newsletter is a very good guideline to help an artist improve when the "constructive critical comments" are invited.I like the idea of a "critique club". Maybe some forum members would be willing to be included in a sort of Bryce critique panel available to seriously help an artist when asked to. Said group open to all willing an would have the perogative to call anyone down if they feel an artist is just using them to increase the number of comments and views. Perhaps the panel would require WIP's be posted in forum before considering critiquing a finished image.
Ideas?
