Im getting an error message when I try to install a product.  Im sure its not the product itself thats causing the problem.

So far I have deleted and reinstalled 3 times (new downloads each time) and I'm still getting the same message...anybody have any ideas?

What product?  Something you bought here?  It may be that there is some bad data in the file you're trying to load, or it may reference some hard coded path that cannot be located (e.g. if you installed on a different drive).  You probably ought to contact whoever put the item out for download, the person who designed that item.

Try unzipping it to a folder on your desktop and then moving it to your runtime.

Or try a different unzipping program to see if it makes a difference. I know sometimes I'll get an error with winzip, only to be able to unzip with winrar.

Have you tried opening the .cr2 in a text editor to check the paths?  The last time I got this the paths were absolute and not relative.  I did a replace to make all the 's into :'s, saved the file and it worked fine,

Had a feeling it might be in the path.  Glad you got it worked out,
