Byrce 6.0 likes to dominate the cpu's priority. In Windows, if you bring up your Task Manager, you can set its Priority to Below Normal.
This won't really make it runner slower, but let you do some small taks while Bryce is rendering with less lag and hopefully less crashing.
FYI - after setting the new Priority, you MUST minimize the Task Manager. Do NOT close it, or the priorities will just go back to what they were.

I'll try lower it's priority Agentsmith. I who always closed task manager after doing that to other apps, doh! Thanx for the tip!
dvlenk6 yeah I try, but it crashes when I save too :(
Yepp Dunedan, due to my real name being Aragorn ;)
I still find it crazy and sad that Bryce should be so unstable :(

I have noticed how Bryce 5.5 and 6 crashes easy. When bryce 5 froze it dident really crash, cause if you waited things would follow thrue. However Bryce 6 seems to have no patiens at all and the crash window popes up fast.
How can I teach Bryce 6 to have some more patiens? I's there any way to regulate the timeout?
Cause it sux to redo stuff :D
