Thanks for your reply. Could you share your rendered images?
BTW, I have found a way to get around the zero pose issue in DAZ|Studio.
The following link is the pumps for my character:

I have created a pose to zero the transformation dials that is came with that package.

During these days, I gained more technical knowledge about Poser. Since I am using DAZ|Studio, I relied on someone to test stuff for me in Poser.
I just posted another update to my character. This should be identical to the one I posted yesterday, but it is much smaller. It is a good news, it takes less time to download.
Finally, I know how to do a morph injection pose, what I did is extracted all my morphs and put it into .pz2 file. Lot of editing in the text editor. As I know, INJ pose use custom channel available in Victoria 3. Just in case, someone wants to apply other morphs, I use PBMCC_05 channel for all my morphs. If you find a conflict with the other morphs, you can edit the Amy-V3-SAE-INJ.pz2 file to replace all instances of PBMCC_05 to another PBMCC.
Interesting enough, I found that it is possible to avoid the usage of the custom channel for Victoria 3 at all by creating a character using the instruction:
readScript ":runtime:libraries:character:DAZ People:Victoria 3 SAE.cr2"
This instruction load the Victoria 3 SAE character. After that, I put my morphs. This works too. Therefore, I include both versions in the package.
If you want to use the morph injection pose, you can load Victoria 3 SAE first, then apply the INJ pose and the MAT pose.
If you want to use the character, you can load AmyV3SAE character, then apply the MAT pose.
Both work fine in DAZ|Studio, except I found that morph injection pose method seems to be more flexible. I can set Victoria 3 SAE to zero pose and then apply the INJ pose, but I cannot set AmyV3SAE character to zero pose without losing my morphs. I don't know if there is a way to fix it.
The new version can be downloaded at http://www.sharecg.com/v/8540/3d-model/Amy-for-Victoria-3-SAE-%28Updated%29
