Subject: Problem with item I purchased.

I purchased an item that was a complete outfit for V4. It states it could be used in P6. But I cannot get it to work. There are major texture rendering problems. What do I do about this?? It looks horrible. Thanks for your help.

Hello,

You should contact the vendor for support.  To contact the vendor you can use site mail or the contact link next to their name on the product page.  If you have any further questions, please let me know.

I did contact the vendor. I have heard nothing back as of yet. How long should I wait for a reply? And if I do not hear anything...what is my next course of action? I would really like some help on this matter.

Allow the vendor 3-4 business days to repsond back, after that time frame if they have not gotten back with you then let me know.
