As with all of our Genre challenges..the rules are as follows..

Two entries per member

images must  be 1024 x 1024 pixels or less
images must be 200KB or less

You may not post images entered for the challenge in the gallery until after the challenge is over

Please ensure as in last months months challenge to  make sure your image fits the above guidlines. If your image does not fit with in the guidelines, it will be rejected and we will let you know what the problem was.

With hypoglycemia, I avoid sugars...yes, this is not diabetic but the opposite.   Yet, I do love food! Cheeses...hotdogs...tobasco sauce...a nice ribeye steak...lots and lots of fish, baked or grilled. Oh my, you folks make me so hungry I hope the hunger thing does not overpower good judgment in posting an entry!    Never go shopping for food when hungry...you get all sorts of stuff you don't intend to purchase.  So, perhaps a good bite of Russian salt lard before posting an image will do it.   I have a fine friend in Russia who makes his own.     No joke...real stuff and it lasts well without refrigeration.
