Just got the 4.2 Base.  Can you tell me, does the V4 clothing fit V.4?

Most of it does fine...I even use V 3 hair and clothes on the new V 4 and 4.1 and 2.
sometimes a little tweaking is  needed and the magnets help depending on who you're working with.  Play around with them and you'll do fine.
