This free e-book is in freestuff, but it's available for US-based users only. Can that be changed?

I have talked with Duncan and copyrights concerns prevent him from distributing it world wide. He, at last contact, was trying to work this out. Do write him...I'm sure if there is overwhelming or even good response they[the publishers] may consider it, maybe one at reduced res to encourage sales of the actual Book.. ...

 

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
