Subject: problems conforming figures

Hello people.

I'm working on this figure set and I'm having the strangest problem. Whenever I hit the "conform" thing my shoes move like what you see on the first figure, even if the "centers and stuff" are correct.

and when I hit the "zero figure" they move to the correct place... however this is extremely anoying... and I can't seem to find a way to fix that.

Do you happen to know what's causing this issue? :-/

IIRC, you need to make sure all rotations/translations are set to 0.0 and then memorise the (to  be conforming) figure before saving.
This is usually necessary because donor figure skeletons usually have small rotations applied to act as IK hints.

After you zero the figure click the Poser menu Edit > Memorize > Figure, then resave to the library. I think your figure contains preset bends, this method will permanently remove them.
