Subject: Making rain and fog in Daz Studio

Does anyone have any advice on how to get realistic rain and fog effects in Daz Studio? Preferrably, I'd like to be able to see the rain hitting the pavement and people and props, and the fog to be through the scene instead of a psd screen in front of it.
