There is, under "Windows" and "Python Script"
There is only one or two spaces to add scripts, but if you use one of those places for a sub menu button, you can add a whole lot more.
Dimension3D explained to me how to do that in this thread:

say." - Ghandi
runtime:python:poserScripts:ScriptsMenu
will show up in this menu. You can set up any number of folders and layers
within that directory, and the menu will handle them as shown here.

My ShareCG freebies
The P7 menu is ok, but not as convenient as the library palette, IMO.
The cool thing about the palette is you can navigate to some folder and it stays there. With the Python scripts menu, you have to fly-out/fly-out over and over again.
I have been experimenting with another abuse of the Pose library. You know how we have MAT-Pose files that change materials? How about a PY-Pose file? As I understand it, it is possible to make a pose file that invokes a python script. However, when I tried it, I was unable to make it work to my satisfaction.
In the past, I was able to do to this. One of the things that my Apollo Maximus shader kit does is run a script after you load my materials.
I was recently using Poser Pro and there may be something different there. In certain situations, it doesn't run the script. It may (probably does) have something to do with how the path is specified (colons? slashes? absolute path? relative path? in random folders versus Runtime:Python script folders?). I'd like to be able to install scripts anywhere and run them from library palette icons.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

That's good news. I am using P7 maybe I could give it a try. What's the process?

The command is runPythonScript
I'm not totally clear on the ins and outs. There is wierdness. I have read about the command a number of times. Here are some interesting threads:
