Further to the site issues last night, some people may be unable to reply to or make forum posts/ site mails, due to the FCK editor box not appearing.

if this is happening to you, please log out of the site, clear your cookies and cache, and then log back in. This should resolve the problem.

Yeah, I did have that last night, but it was fixed  by this morning. So I figured it was because some fix was being done about that problem everyone was having with some popup/redirect.

Karen I cleared my cache and i can reply to forum posts...but can't reply to site mail on IE... shall i try again?

Cleared my cache 3x and still can't reply to site mail on IE...what can i do?

Is that why my post isnt posted?!? I thought something was odd......

Hi OK,

Have you tried another browser?
Are you getting an error message at all?

Hey Karen......
I used firefox and it was ok.....but it seems to have fixed itself since on IE....I replied yesterday to  site mail and was only today I realised I had done it.....took ages to correct itselt.

 

It just wouldn't let me click my cursor to reply.... was a blank box with just an arrow pointing down.... nothing else...no options or anything.... now they are back though.. yay!
